What it does

Everything Innosilicon miner owners need, in one place

Firmware library

61 models and variants across the A-series, T-series, L-series (Aladdin/Scrypt), plus D9/D9+ (Decred) and S11 (Sia), grouped by family and searchable by model name.

User manuals & repair guides

24 official PDF manuals plus hash-board repair guides for the most common failure points.

Mining software directory

InnoMonitor, SetIP, the A4+/A5/A5+/A6 Manage Tool, firmware installers, and third-party options like HiveOS.

Live miner connection

Enter your miner's IP in My Miner and see real hashrate, temperature and fan speed in Monitoring. Works with DragonMint/Halong-platform miners (T1/T2/T3, etc.).

Built-in contact form

Ask a question or report a broken link right from the app. The message goes straight to our support inbox, with up to 5 attachments such as logs or screenshots. If our server can't be reached, the app opens your email client with the message pre-filled instead.

Guide

Which Innosilicon models are covered?

The firmware library is split into three series, named the way Innosilicon names its miners, plus a small group for two other algorithms:

  • A-series (several algorithms): A4+, A5, A5+, A6, A6+, A8+, A8pmx, A9, A9+, A9++, and the A10/A11 families including the Pro and 720M variants, with separate ETC and ETH builds where they exist. By algorithm: Scrypt (A4+, A6, A6+), X11 (A5, A5+), CryptoNight (A8+), Equihash (A9 family) and Ethash (A10/A11).
  • T-series (SHA-256, Bitcoin): T1 through T3s, including every T2T/T2Th/T2Thf/T2Thl/T2Thm/T2Ti/T2Ts/T2Tz variant and the T3/T3+/T3+pro/T3h+ line.
  • L-series, also called Aladdin (Scrypt, for Litecoin/Dogecoin): L1-3, L2SU, L2HF, L2HL, L2HU and L2 25s.
  • Other algorithms: D9 and D9+ (Decred) and S11 (Sia), sourced from a separate community archive since they predate the main one.

Updating firmware safely

A few habits make Innosilicon firmware updates much less risky:

  • Match the firmware to your exact model and board revision (G19 vs. SOC boards are not interchangeable).
  • Keep the miner on a stable power supply during the flash. A power loss mid-update can require a hash-board recovery.
  • For fleets of more than a handful of units, use InnoMonitor to push firmware to many miners at once instead of flashing each one by hand.
  • Write down your pool and worker settings before updating; some firmware versions reset configuration.

Mining software beyond firmware

Firmware is only half the picture. The app's mining software section also lists SetIP (for finding or changing a miner's IP address on the network), the A4+/A5/A5+/A6 Manage Tool, and pointers to third-party fleet managers like HiveOS for anyone running mixed brands of ASICs on the same farm.

Repair guides and manuals

Alongside firmware, the app bundles the official user manuals (PDF) for every supported model and hash-board repair guides for the most common failure patterns. They're useful before you assume a chip is dead when it might just need a re-flash.

How the live miner connection works

The My Miner and Monitoring screens talk to your miner directly over your local network, through the same REST API the miner's own web panel uses on the DragonMint/Halong platform (Innosilicon T1, T2 and T3 run on it). The connection goes straight from your PC to the miner, and nothing passes through our servers. Under the hood the app uses the open-source dragon-rest library.

  • /api/auth: signs in with the miner's web login and password and gets a session token.
  • /api/overview: miner type, hardware, network settings and firmware versions.
  • /api/summary: hash boards, pools and fan speed, including hashrate and temperatures. This is what the Monitoring screen refreshes.

Everything on these screens is real data read from your miner. If the app can't connect, it tells you why: wrong login or password, the miner isn't reachable on the network, or the device at that address doesn't answer with miner data. It never fills the screen with placeholder numbers, and an unreachable address is reported within a few seconds.

Older models that only expose the classic cgminer API, such as the A4+ and A5+, usually don't have this REST interface. For them the app shows a clear connection error, while firmware, manuals and tools keep working as usual.

Warning

Some Antivirus programs and Windows Firewall may block the Application. This is a common false positive for applications packaged with PyInstaller. For proper installation and operation of the Application, add it to the Allowed List or Disable the security tool.

Windows SmartScreen may also show a warning. If it does, click "More info" → "Run anyway".

Network Access. The Application connects only to the miner IP address you enter in My Miner (local network, HTTP, port 80 by default) and to our server when you send a support message (HTTPS, port 443). It doesn't scan your network and doesn't accept incoming connections.
