This page explains what information is collected when you visit the Support Center download page at innosilicon.shop, download the Innosilicon Control Center application, or send us a support message from the application, and how that information is used.
This website is operated by the owner of innosilicon.shop, an independent, unofficial project that is not affiliated with Innosilicon. You can contact us about privacy at sales@innosilicon.shop.
If you click Accept in the cookie banner, our own counter, which runs on our server and is not a third-party service, records each page view and each click on the Download for Windows button. For every record it stores:

If you click Decline, or do not answer the banner, the counter is not started, no statistics cookies are set and your visit is not recorded.

Your answer to the cookie banner is stored in your browser's local storage
(icc_cookie_consent) so that we do not ask again. It is not sent to our server.
You can change your choice at any time: (the banner will appear again on the download page), or delete the cookies in your browser settings.
When you send a message using the form on our Contact Us page, we receive the request type and details you choose (for example miner model, quantity, order ID), your name, email address and country, the optional phone number, company and messenger ID, your message and any files you attach. They are sent to our server and delivered to our mailbox by email. We use them only to answer your request, for example to prepare a quote or help with a repair. The legal basis is your consent (the checkbox in the form) and the steps needed before a possible order. To protect the form from spam, our server checks how long the form was open and keeps a short-lived counter per IP address (in hashed form) for about one hour. The form works without cookies.
When you use the Support form in the application, we receive the name, email address, subject and message you enter and any files you attach. They are sent to our server and delivered to our support mailbox by email. We use them only to answer your request. To protect the form from spam, our server keeps a short-lived counter per IP address (in hashed form) for about one hour.
The application connects only to the miner IP address you enter (on your local network) and to our server when you send a support message. Data read from your miner stays on your computer and is not sent to us.
The download page loads the Poppins and Inter fonts from Google Fonts. When the page loads, your browser requests these files from Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
Visit statistics are kept for up to 13 months and then deleted. Support messages are kept as long as needed to handle your request and for our normal email records.
Our website, visit logs and support mailbox are hosted by providers in the Russian Federation. If you visit from another country, your data is transferred there when you use the page or the support form.
Depending on where you live (for example in the EU or the UK), you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to object to or restrict its use, to withdraw your consent at any time and to complain to your data protection authority. To exercise these rights, write to sales@innosilicon.shop.
